Returns
  • Online purchases must be returned within 30 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including music, and DVDs.

    5. What is the reason for the return?
    We highly recommend adding insurance and tracking information to your package through a carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit or return shipping cost. Verticalspace.com cannot accept COD deliveries. Once your order is received at our warehouse we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping fees, back to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Credits on your credit card statement will show up under the name Verticalspace.com.
Exchanges
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Our recommendation is that you return the original item/items and place a new order online. This is the most efficient way to get you the product you want.
Changes and Cancellations
  • If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 888-251-7460 or email us at orders@donavonf.com as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
